In 1992, Larry Cohan achieved, at that time, the largest asbestos victory in Delaware County. In this case, Mr. O'Donnell fell victim to mesothelioma and was awarded a $1.5 million dollar award from a Delaware County, Pennsylvania Court.

Harris v. DuPont. $4.3 Million Dollar Settlement in Tetra-Ethyl Lead Exposure Case. In 1995, David Jacoby represented our client in a case against DuPont in which the client was exposed to tetra-ethyl lead. A settlement was reached for $4.3 million dollars.
