What every ophthalmologist should know about fusarium
The use of Bausch & Lomb's ReNu with MoistureLoc contact lens solution can increase the risk of Fusarium keratitis infection, particularly if patients do not use the solution correctly. On May 15, Bausch & Lomb announced a permanent global recall of the product, a decision supported by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
