The death of a newborn or baby is devastating. We express our heartfelt condolences. We cannot begin to even walk in your shoes. As you grieve, please do not hesitate for too long to consider filing a lawsuit. Although grief has no boundaries, filing a lawsuit does.
With over 30 attorneys, many leaders in their field, Anapol Schwartz is devoted to medical malpractice lawsuits and has brought our clients significant settlements and verdicts for medical malpractice.
Begin
The first thing we ask you to do is fill out a short medical malpractice pre-case form. There is never an obligation to continue. At this point we don’t know if Anapol Schwartz is the right law firm for you or vice versa but it’s the most logical way to begin. All your information will be held in the strictest confidence.
Review
Your medical malpractice pre-case form will be reviewed to determine whether or not Anapol Schwartz can help you. We may also ask additional questions in order to gather more information before making our decision.
At this point – Anapol Schwartz has not agreed to represent you – and more importantly, you have not yet agreed to retain us. We can only represent you if Anapol Schwartz and you enter into a written agreement spelling out that you want to retain us as your law firm.
Cost
Your lawsuit costs you nothing. If Anapol Schwartz agrees to be retained*, we take your case on a percentage contingency basis. If you don’t win your medical malpractice lawsuit, we don’t get paid. No recovery; no fees**.
The likelihood of a successful lawsuit varies based on the facts of each case. Each person’s use of unsafe drugs varies and will affect the outcome of any lawsuit. There are also local issues, involving specific state laws, which may alter the handling of each unsafe drug lawsuit.
Scope
It’s perfectly acceptable to ask Anapol Schwartz or any law firm about their experience, procedures, and costs. You have questions; we have answers. We listen to your concerns and outline the process. We want you to feel confident that by retaining Anapol Schwartz, you will receive exceptional and effective legal representation.
Timeline
If you have retained us, we keep in touch about the status of your litigation. Our client care policy confirms that we will return calls within one business day. If you can not reach your attorney, you can always speak to his/her paralegal. We also can be reached via email and have a convenient toll-free phone number for your convenience.
Please begin now and fill out the medical malpractice pre-case form.
