3. In the non-cancer patient, what was the length of use?

4. Was bisphosphonate was merely preventative on a patient with osteopenia?

5. When was the bisphosphonate was prescribed in relation to the warnings.

6. Was ONJ diagnosed?

7. Was there a femur fracture?
