Man Dies on Movie Set When Wall Collapses

A 56-year-old man died on a movie set in Toronto when a wall collapsed, burying the victim underneath a pile of debris.

Emergency crews rushed to retrieve the man from under the rubble but the victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

Two other people were injured in the incident, one reportedly suffered serious neck and back injuries.

The structure collapsed when a backhoe struck the wall, sending thousands of pounds of concrete tumbling down. It was being torn down after shooting at the area had wrapped-up.
A week before, a man was struck in the head by falling scaffolding at a construction site. High winds had blown his hard hat off just before the accident
