Case Settled for $2.5 million - Fall through hole in floor

As reported in PA Law Weekly, "John Millevoi fell 12 feet through a hole none of three defendants – companies involved in the construction of a building — took responsibility for cutting." The case was settled July 19, 2007. C.P. Philadelphia November Term 2005 No. 2168.
