Driving Negligence and Personal Injury
April 2, 2008 16:25
Personal injuries can derive from a number of different situations but the most common instance of such an occurrence is the "common" instance of an automobile injury. Many times, auto accidents are unavoidable and this is understandable. However, there are those accidents that are the result of gross negligence such as drunk driving accidents etc. If you are the victim of such an accident and suffer injuries as a result it becomes necessary to seek the advice of a professional personal injury and accident attorney. After all, if you suffer severe injury as the result of another driver's gross negligence it would make sense to seek recourse for your suffering and injuries.
Severe Airbag Failure

When an airbag failure occurs the chances for serious injury are quite significant. In fact, an airbag failure could lead to serious brain injury and trauma. Now, some may assume that a car must be traveling at a high speed in order for an injury. In reality, even a relatively slow speed of 35 MPH can lead to a severe injury. As such, it is critical for an airbag to work but it is not uncommon for malfunctions to occur. Because of this it is critical to also wear a seatbelt when driving. Yes, this is often mandated by law but there are those people who do not wear them. This is not wise as one should always make sure that a driving experience is as safe as possible.
