If asbestos can lead to the cancer condition of mesothelioma it becomes obvious that asbestos must be removed if its presence is detected. This, of course, means ALL the asbestos must be removed. If you hire an asbestos removal service and they do not remove all of the asbestos from your property and you or another occupant contracts this form of cancer then the removal company may be held civilly liable. Keep in mind, asbestos removal is a very serious issue due to the extreme health hazard it presents. If such work is improperly performed then liability lawsuits may be the result.
