Richard Schwartz, a well-known Philadelphia Trial Attorney, started the law firm of Anapol Schwartz in 1976 with Paul R. Anapol, Sol H. Weiss and Eric Gerst. Richard spent more than 15 years with Anapol Schwartz, practicing in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury law, products liability and toxic tort litigation. In 1993, Richard retired from the firm and now serves as an Of Counsel.

In 1957, Richard earned his bachelor of arts degree from St. Joseph’s College. He received his LL.B. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1962. Richard is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
