Melissa Fry Hague
Melissa Fry Hague focuses her practice in mass torts, products liability, class actions, medical malpractice, premises liability, dram shop and other personal injury matters. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Hague served as a Judicial Law Clerk Extern to the Honorable Charles B. Smith, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Courts of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she researched and drafted judicial opinions for federal criminal cases. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice and the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Ms. Hague has successfully argued motions before the United States District Court District of New Jersey in In Re: Human Tissue Products Liability Litigation. She has handled mass torts involving complex medical and science issues. She has also represented numerous families in lawsuits against funeral homes for the mutilation and illegal harvesting of body parts from corpses.
Ms. Hague earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Saint Joseph's University in 2003. She received her law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2006, where she was a graduate of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. While in law school she also was a graduate of Widener University's Family Law Clinic where she represented indigent clients in matrimonial matters.
