Martin Greitzer, Of Counsel to Anapol Schwartz, is an experienced trial attorney known for his skill in the strategy and management of complex litigation.

In addition, he is recognized in the area of appellate advocacy.

Mr. Greitzer was a pioneer in asbestos litigation dating back to 1974, and, in addition, represented schools, counties and private building owners for asbestos property damage litigation. He was involved in numerous nationwide class actions such as Agent Orange, Synthroid marketing and diet drugs. He is a frequent lecturer for trial lawyer organizations.

Mr. Greitzer graduated from Temple University in 1952 with a bachelor of science degree. He served in the United States Army until 1954, at which time he attended Temple University School of Law, graduating in 1958. He was an associate editor of the Law Review, as well as representing the law school in the National Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Greitzer has been acknowledged for his leadership in community, charity and professional activities. He has served as President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association from 1989 through 1990 and President of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation in 1997. He was the recipient of the Musmanno Award from the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association in 1997, as well as the Community Legal Services Equal Justice Award. Finally, he served as the Philadelphia Chairman of America Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) from 1990 through 2001.
