Mark J. LeWinter
Mark J. LeWinter, a Shareholder of Anapol Schwartz, is known for his ability to convey complicated engineering principles to a jury both clearly and effectively. His approach to the presentation and use of evidence, particularly exhibits and other items used at trial, has earned him an excellent reputation among his peers. Mr. LeWinter’s preparation and attention to detail have resulted in many large verdicts and settlements. He focuses his practice in the areas of products liability, construction accidents and premises liability.
In 1978, Mr. LeWinter earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He received his law degree from Capital University Law School in 1981. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
A frequent lecturer on trial skills and products liability issues as well as the use of demonstrative evidence and technology in the courtroom, Mr. LeWinter has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. LeWinter is a Member of the Board of Directors and an Officer of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been elected a member of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates). He has been a volunteer entertainer at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for more than a decade where he performs magic in the outpatient oncology clinic.
