Heather Lipson Kramer
Heather Lipson Kramer concentrates her practice in asbestos, toxic tort litigation, medical malpractice, vaccine litigation and class actions. In 1994, Ms. Lipson-Kramer earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She received her law degree in 1997 from Nova Southeastern University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Lipson-Kramer served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss in the Complex Litigation Center of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Ms. Lipson-Kramer recently received one of the largest settlements ever awarded in the National Vaccine Compensation Program, a specialized court within the United States Court of Federal Claims. She is admitted to practice in both state and district courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.
