Gregory Spizer
Gregory Spizer uses common sense, in addition to his legal knowledge, in the preparation of his cases. It is this logical thought process that enables him to obtain the best results for his clients.
Greg concentrates his practice on pharmaceutical liability, professional malpractice, products liability and other civil and commercial litigation. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, New Jersey Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association where he serves on the Future Leaders Committee. Greg is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Program.
Greg was selected by the New Jersey Law Journal in 2004 as a "Forty Under Forty" member. This award is given to forty attorneys under the age of forty who have demonstrated excellence in their field. In 2007 and 2008, Greg was also named a “Rising Star Super Lawyer” which recognizes the top 2.5 percent of attorneys 40 years of age or younger in the state of Pennsylvania.
Greg has appeared on Law Journal TV to discuss pharmaceutical liability and dangerous drugs. He has also lectured on pharmaceutical liability, trial presentation and civil litigation for a number of professional organizations.
In 1995, Mr. Spizer earned his bachelor's degree from the Pennsylvania State University. He received his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1998. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
