Barry Hill joined Anapol Schwartz, P.C. in 2008 adding his mass tort reputation to Anapol Schwartz's well established national mass tort practice.
Barry Hill's more than 30 years of civil litigation experience also includes financial fraud and other complex litigation. He has handled a range of noteworthy consumer cases for the Attorney General for West Virginia.

Listed in West Virginia's Super Lawyers®, Hill is certified as a civil litigation specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a medical malpractice trial specialist by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. Active in the legal community, he is a former president of the West Virginia Association for Justice and currently sits on its board of governors. Hill also serves as member of the the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America.

A resident of Wheeling W.Va., Hill earned his undergraduate degree (B.S., 1968) from West Virginia University and his law degree (J.D., 1977) from West Virginia University College of Law.
