Lawrence R. Cohan, Esquire of Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman & Smalley, P.C. was a featured speaker at the Environmental Law Symposium held at Villanova Law School. Mr. Cohan addressed the emerging topic of Natural Resource Damage Claims, which can be filed on behalf of the state of Pennsylvania. Mr. Cohan is a Shareholder of Anapol Schwartz and chairs the firm’s Toxic Tort Litigation Department.
