Thomas R. Anapol, partner at the law firm of Anapol, Schwartz was the recent lecturer at a medical device litigation seminar sponsored by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). He concentrates his practice in medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, toxic tort and other civil litigation. He currently heads the firm’s Ephedra litigation and co-chairs the firm’s heart device litigation department. Additionally, he supervises the national railroad workers asbestos practice at Anapol Schwartz.
