Mark J. LeWinter, partner at the law firm of Anapol Schwartz was the speaker at the PA Bar Association – Women’s Rights Committee lecture. The topic was “The last straw: Gun violence victims in legislative crosshairs”. Marks focused his lecture on civil cases that have been successful and the threat to the national rifle association. A frequent lecturer on trial skills and products liability issues as well as the use of demonstrative evidence and technology in the courtroom, Mr. LeWinter has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. His practice focuses his practice in the areas of products liability, construction accidents and premises liability.
