Practical and Legal Implications of Personal Injury Cases
November 9, 2005 - Joel D. Feldman, Esquire, was a course moderator and speaker at the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers annual Premises Liability Seminar. The seminar covered a wide range of topics including slip and fall cases, accidents on playgrounds and in pools along with discussions on furniture flammability.
