PHILADELPHIA, PA - Joel D. Feldman, co-authored the recently published 2nd edition book, "Elevator and Escalator Accident Reconstruction and Litigation", published by Lawyers and Judges Publishing. The book is intended to assist property owners and managers in understanding their equipment, maintenance needs and safety issues. It is also intended to assist attorneys litigating elevator and escalator cases by providing technical information as well as practical guidance for litigation. Mr. Feldman concentrates his practice in the areas of Securities Litigation, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Products and Professional Liability. He has successfully represented victims injured by faulty machines, products, tools, construction equipment, automobiles, consumer products, leisure and sports equipment, as well as elevators and escalators.
