"Premises Liability - Dram Shop, Slip and Fall, Elevators, Experts and Update of the Law"

PHILADELPHIA - November 29, 2004  - Anapol Schwartz Weiss Cohan Feldman and Smalley, P.C. (Anapol Schwartz) attorney Joel D. Feldman served as a Course Faculty member for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (PaTLA) Program entitled "Premises Liability - Dram Shop, Slip & Fall, Elevators, Experts and Update of the Law" held on November 19, 2004.  Mr. Feldman was a speaker at the event.

The program provided attendees with both plaintiff and defendant strategies on pre-trial and trial issues in premises liability.  Mr. Feldman spoke about elevator cases, including strategies for handling the case from pre-trial through trial, along with unique discovery and trial issues.
