Robert Surh joins Anapol Schwartz' Class Actions and Mass Tort Practice
PHILADELPHIA - August 30, 2004 - Anapol Schwartz Weiss Cohan Feldman and Smalley, P.C. (Anapol Schwartz) has expanded its Class Actions and Mass Tort Practice Areas with the addition of a new attorney, Robert Surh, to their Philadelphia office. Prior to joining Anapol Schwartz, Mr. Surh was an associate with Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett & Bendesky in Philadelphia.
In 1997, Mr. Surh earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2001, where he placed first in the Client Counseling Competition at Villanova, and was a finalist at the same competition in Washington, D.C. Mr. Surh recently published an article on the use of expert witnesses in wrongful death cases in TRIAL Magazine.
Mr. Surh is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations and serves as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
